Why Register

When you registered the products for warranty, you are automatically registered to access all of our product brochures, flyers, receive special offer announcements and other features that are not available otherwise. When you fill out the form on your left, your warranty registeration is automatically entered in our national database enabling us to provide you with efficient service.

Warranty conditions:

Warranty must be registered within 30 days of purchase
Warranty extends only to standard products and specifically excludes customer designed products and fabric
The product defect must not be due to:

a) Misuse of the article
b) Continued operation after a fault is detected
c) Failure to follow maintenance instructions
d) Fitting of other than manufacturer's spareparts.

Sylex Ergonomics reserves the right to repair or to replace products found to be defective.
